Snapshot: a quick, high-level overview of the city and its key metrics, broken down by neighborhood. This is your starting point to get oriented fast.
Prices: everything related to buying a property and setting your budget, with key pricing indicators for each neighborhood including median sale prices, price per sqm, price trends, and affordability.
Yields: everything related to profitability and expected returns, broken down by neighborhood. Gross and net rental yield calculations so you can compare investment performance at a glance.
Rents: everything related to long-term rental performance, including median rents, rent by property type, rent trends, and detailed rental indicators for each neighborhood.
Airbnb: everything related to short-term rental performance and Airbnb-specific indicators, including occupancy rates, nightly rates, and revenue estimates across neighborhoods.
Resale: everything related to resale at exit, including the key indicators to help you assess future selling potential, capital appreciation trends, and exit strategy data.
You will receive the database as an Excel file (.xlsx) and as a Google Sheet, immediately after your purchase.
